Operate, adjust, troubleshoot, and changeover bottling & packaging equipment
Load raw materials and remove dunnage
Perform quality checks and interpret data
Coordinate quality issues with suppliers
Fill out production logs/enter data into SAM and Allentown Plant II shared files
Comply with sanitation standards and keep area clean
Conduct all PM s and maintenance on support equipment
Monitor and log all bottling equipment
Operate a forklift in various production areas
Support the NWNA Food Safety Management System by ensuring compliance with all FSMS-related procedures, policies, and obligations.
All employees receive training on Plant Quality initiatives when hired. This includes: HACCP, CCP, GMP, FSMS and their importance in the manufacturing environment.
All employees have the ability to place product on hold. If during the manufacturing process, an employee is concerned about the quality of the product they are manufacturing, they are to place the product on hold back to the last good check, contact Quality and a member of the Leadership team for resolution.

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively
Solid problem solving and decision making skills
Comfort working in a high speed production environment
Ability to move/lift 50 lbs various times over a 12 hour shift, basic math and reading skills
Willingness to work holidays and weekends as we are a 24/7 business operating through most weekends and holidays
Ability to successfully complete an online skills assessment prior to onsite interview
Successful completion of a post offer physical, drug screen and background check are required
Willingness and ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hold & cold) >
