Our internships consist of hands-on learning through an assigned project, designed to provide you with direct experience for this role at the world s leading bottled water company. As an intern, you will make an impact on the business as wells as continue to build your presentation skills, analytical and leadership abilities, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
The learning experience is further enriched through social and professional networking opportunities, which include interaction with senior management and other team members across divisions.
Internship activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide all necessary support for internal /external audits and provide sustainable corrective/preventive actions for gaps.
Provide backup / support for QA positions as needed
Ensures the quality of all processes from raw materials to finished products through inspection, diagnosis and record keeping.
Ensure compliance with all NWNA Quality Programs. Lead and drive all NWNA food safety initiatives to ensure the production of safe and high quality products.
Operate , maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments as required by the ICP / calibration program
Project Management (analyze data, make recommendations and assist in the implementation of process improvements)
Support with raw material /finished product holds, records, disposition and root cause analysis
Ability to work off shift and Night s as needed
GMP monitoring and implementation
Review / monitor consumer complaints and perform complaint closure as needed
Monitor and maintain overall hygienic condition of facility
Maintain / create all SOPs relevant to position
FSBO and SBO program participation
Support factory Release Program
Maintain and follow up issues addressed in the Master Gap List
Participate in HACCP program relating to sources and Finished Product.
All Nestle Waters internships are considered short-term employment for a defined period of 10 weeks. However, depending on satisfactory performance and business needs, internships may be extended or candidates may be considered for full-time positions upon graduation.
We are seeking candidates that meet the following qualifications:
A rising junior or senior, working toward a Bachelor s degree in a related field of study.
In good academic standing, with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
Able to work 40 hours per week for 10 consecutive weeks.
