The principle role of the position is the operation of all machinery on a water bottling line, participation in sanitation and basic maintenance procedures, and performance of basic quality inspections and test. The Bottler will interact with the leadership group, other production team members, quality assurance, and maintenance technicians, to improve and maximize efficiency of select equipment; full and raw materials movement using powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV); troubleshooting equipment; simple maintenance; sanitation and cleaning activities using powered equipment and chemicals, on-line basic quality checks, inspections; and data recording.

Shift: Monday - Friday 1:45pm-1:00am with occasional Saturdays as business needs

  • Operate, clean and service production equipment to meet production demands in a safe and efficient manner

  • Create and perform documented CILs on production equipment in coordination with the factory technical staff

  • Conduct quality inspections on process, raw materials, and finished products while adhering to quality standards per QMS

  • Conduct equipment changeovers to accommodate production demands

  • Troubleshoot basic equipment defects using machine center operation knowledge and basic problem solving skills such as GSTDs

  • Record and chart production output and equipment downtime using computers and SHO boards

  • Safely strip and load trailers, store materials, and perform all warehouse duties

  • Prepares all waste materials for recycling and other production duties as required

  • Complete all safety training requirements and Safe Behavior Observations (SBOs)



High School Diploma

Valid Drivers License

Valid Forklift License

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Problem solving skills

Ability to understand bottling process including bottle flow, modular rack flow, and warehouse flow

Basic mathematical and reading skills

Solid computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and SAM

Ability to work independently and as a team

Active participation in meetings and operational reviews

Ability to work a 12 hour shift


Two or more years prior forklift experience with a solid safety records, ideally in a fast paced forklift environment

Two or more years in a fast paced manufacturing environment, preferably in a food and beverage industry
