Nestle Production Line Supplier (3rd Shift) - $18.35/hr with shift differential in Medford, Wisconsin
To supply the Production lines with raw materials in a safe and efficient manner and remove/return edible and inedible materials from the line as needed. This is done in order to: Maintain a continuous flow of product to enable maximum production and to have an accurate analysis of raw material in inventory and remove pallets, corrugated, etc., in order to maintain good housekeeping.
Check the schedule and supply lines with proper ingredients (veggies, pep, cheese, meats, etc.).
Bring out film and top labels out to line.
Change forklift battery when necessary.
Pull out crust and circles to lines and watch proper rotation of product.
Properly fill out product tags and maintain proper audit trail sheets.
Handle Hold product.
Proper rotation of rework racks.
Properly fill out return product paperwork.
Follow up with inventory and paperwork discrepancies.
Bring hold/rework out to the line.
Remove pallets, totes, and cardboard to designated areas.
Change over product, return product, and set up product.
Other duties as trained and assigned.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
High school or equivalent.
Forklift training course.
Previous Manufacturing experience preferred
Teamwork so lines run smoothly without running out of raw materials/supplies.
Licensed forklift operator.
Detect damaged product and how to put product on hold.
Correct ingredients for each variety.
Detect if product has accurate weights from vendors.
Audit trail sheets for each ingredient.
Properly fill out return product reports.
Knowledge of ingredient weights to eliminate shortage of materials.
Knowledge of both top and bottom service.
Being able to lift up to 60 pounds and pull up to 1,400 pounds.
