Nestle Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Experience in New York, New York
Nestle Nespresso is hiring an Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Experience that will lead the development and end-to-end execution of scalable brand experiences that drive sales and impact the Nespresso Boutiques and trade retail partners. The Assistant Brand Manager will have a deep understanding of the Nespresso brand and be an effective communicator between all internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless execution
New Store Openings: Lead the development and standardization of a creative toolkit for new store openings, providing budgetary and creative guidance so as to ensure new store openings consistently deliver an ownable on-brand experience.
Retail Merchandising: Partner with Business Intelligence, Web, CRM and Retail teams to devise an omni-channel merchandising strategy that demystifies the broad assortment of Nespresso offerings (Machines, Coffees, and Accessories). Ensure strategy is brought to life in retail, especially through displays.
Special Installments: Conceptualize and bring to market special installments that re-inforce Nespresso's
sustainable purpose and exceptional quality.
Product Launches: Lead the creative development of in-store materials that support new product launches, ensuring resource allocation matches the size of the business opportunity.
Club Member Experiences:
Lead the creative development, planning, and logistical management of scalable, one-of-a-kind experiences for our most valued Club Members. Includes tastings, product exclusives, and surprise-and-delight activities.
Closely collaborate with CRM and Retail team.
Design with amplification in mind. Ensure reach extends beyond the first-hand experience
Analysis and Reporting:
Ongoing measurement of brand performance, consistently reporting results to leadership and key cross-functional partners
Provide scalable and actionable recommendations for future iterations of brand experiences that support long-term business objectives and KPIs
Budget and Operations:
Budget management across all initiatives. Requires owner to allocate and prioritize available resources by project and manage PO/Invoice, vendor information, and ongoing DF monthly submissions.
Attend cross-functional meetings to communicate experiential plans 2-3 months prior to launch and facilitate supply chain / demand forecasting as needed to ensure success.
Bachelor s degree required, preferably in marketing or business
3 years experience developing business cases, particularly acquisition focused required
3 years Brand Management experience required
3 years Management of a creative agency preferred
Self-starter, ability to work in a team and comfort running large meetings
