Nestle Nespresso hiring a CRM Project Manager at our US headquarters to help drive acquisition and growth within our B2B channel.

The CRM Project Manager is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing Club Member activation and retention projects for Nespresso's B2B customers. This person will be responsible for setting up a first rate CRM lifecycle management and activation engine. Therefore, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment and is eager to be at the forefront of our B2B expansion. The CRM Project Manager will create and manage the program calendar, develop communication templates, manage monthly budgets, liaise with external agencies for both creative and email deployment, and internal departments.


Understand inside-out our customer database, define different customer segments and how we want to develop these

Define the CRM lifecycle and activation strategy per customer segment, the yearly calendar and manage the end to end implementation.

Identify opportunities to leverage the coffee, machine, accessories and services portfolio to expand moments of consumption among customers in Offices/Hotels/Restaurants/Cafes where Nespresso B2B coffees are served.

Build effective communication programs to drive education and engagement among B2B customers.

Collaborate with Nespresso CRM, Ecomm and B2B Business Development, Customer Service and Data Analytics teams to define segmentation and targeting for CRM communication campaigns - both lifecycle and promotions. Lifecycle to be activated through different contact channels (B2B Sales, CRC, Direct Marketing).

Define B2B Customer onboarding program

Support with activation and promotion calendar for Distribution Partners

Collaborate with B2B brand team to leverage new coffees, and generally all product launches, to drive trial and adoption.

Collaborate with creative agencies to develop a complete 'library' of communication assets.

Contribute to the process of capsule sale forecasting by accurately forecasting the sales impact of promotional campaigns.

Budgeting & Planning:

Complete recaps and reports, providing assessment, identifying opportunities and initiating recommendations/solutions for CRM programs.


Bachelor s degree required, preferably in Marketing/Economics.


5+ years of hands-on experience in direct and database marketing spanning email, snail mail, mobile, digital marketing and phone, with a track record of managing multichannel campaigns, required.

Important: Background in B2B marketing in industries such as travel, retail, hospitality and airline.

Some experience in B2C would come in handy.

Very numerically inclined.

Experience of Email Marketing, Direct Response Marketing and digital marketing.

Can connect the dots, is a forward thinker who actively seeks out new projects and opportunities.

Can collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders.

Understanding of relationship marketing programs and customer clubs would be greatly valued.
