The Leadership Development Program provides an opportunity for high performing individuals to gain the experience and skills necessary to lead a team within the Customer Service Center (CSC). Potential leadership opportunities could be within Telesales, Customer Service, Account Services, or Retention. The program exposes candidates to the reality

of day-to-day customer interactions within different functions of the CSC, teaches essential management skills, and

provides the guidance and opportunity for the candidate s personal growth on the path to leadership.

The length of the Leadership Development Program can vary but generally runs 12 to 18 months. It is important to keep in mind that although the LDC program provides candidates an opportunity to gain leadership skills, it does not guarantee a leadership position within the CSC.

Qualifications

  • One year of customer service experience desired

  • Previous leadership experience preferred

  • Flexible availability required

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work well in a high volume/fast paced environment

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Must be able to effectively handle pressure and multiple demands

  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
