Nestle Manager, Benefits and Wellness, Finance in Solon, Ohio
This role is responsible for managing all financial components of benefit administration and healthcare strategy through the insightful use of financial experience/tracking, claims data, issues/escalations, and benefit cases/history.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage NesCARE/NWNA Budgets and Experience Monitoring
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data for the $500M NesCARE budget and provide insightful reporting to leadership and Operating Companies. Approve all monthly journal entries and purchase orders.
Developing and Reporting of Business Insights and Strategies
Evaluate Medical and Rx benefit plan performance at a macro and micro level and develop strategies to address cost savings opportunities. Ensure reporting of outcomes and strategies in a business level appropriate format. Develop business cases for new program implementations. Assist with financial data gathering related to M&A and divestiture projects.
Drive Cost Savings Opportunities
Identify, research, and develop recommendations for cost savings opportunities to ensure competitiveness and sustainability of benefit plans/programs. Complete external cost benchmarking.
Health Account Management
Ensure the accurate and timely funding of the Healthcare, Dependent Care and Commuter accounts. Develop programs and communications to drive employee engagement, awareness, and efficiency of the programs.
Vendor Management and Business Outcomes
Develop and monitor KPIs and SLAs that effectively measure the ROI of health and wellness programs. Develop recommendations for improved measures. Assess and report outcomes and provide recommendations for changes as appropriate. Support all RFP projects to ensure Nestle enters the contracts with the best value.

Skills & Experience:
7 + years Financial Analysis Experience, including 2 years project management/people management experience
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Assertive in managing vendor relationships
Highly curious nature
Demonstrated capability of using data and financial results to build a compelling business case.
Education & Training:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relate field or comparable work experience
