This position serves as a single point of contact for our Nestl HR and Payroll representatives on HR Administration, data management related issues, general questions and escalations from our HR Service Center.


  • Build effective relationships with operating company's HR/payroll representatives and our HR Service Center.

  • Utilize SAP, web forms, case management system and workflow tool to manage and escalate work to appropriate teams.

  • Leverage existing technology to obtain the information and coach HR and Payroll representative to tools and resources available to best help them with their job.

  • Provide training via HR monthly calls and other mediums to educate HR and Payroll representatives on best practices and process updates.

  • Create, review, and maintain communications, documentation and training materials for the team, HR, the HR Service Center and other teams, as needed.

  • Resolve cases and issues through analysis, HR/Payroll job knowledge and research.

  • Actively participate in Operational Reviews, where the team discusses current issues, questions, resolutions and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Direct supervision provided by the HR Service Delivery Supervisor and/or Manager. Individual must be able to anticipate problems and assist in resolution in the absence of management, exercising independent judgment and discretion. Will be required to communicate specific instructions or requests to various individuals/levels of the organization. Individual must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.


No direct reports; however, this position may provide information and guidance to other internal or external employees on various HR or Nestle policies and procedures.


Role will partner with HR/Payroll community to provide guidance and training on NBS processes and procedures.




High School Diploma or GED. - Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. - Preferred

Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; while demonstrating poise, tact and diplomacy. Required


Robust customer service and communication experience in a fast paced, complex environment. - Required

Strong general HR knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, taxes, HR data management / transactions, HR case management. - Required

4 years of prior HR/Payroll/Case Management experience or related functional area in a shared services/BPO environment. Preferred

3+ years of HR generalist/Payroll experience. - Preferred

Prior employee service center or call center experience. - Preferred

2+ years of experience working with SAP or other HR/Payroll system. - Preferred

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to develop proficiency in SAP HR and case management application
