Nestle Training Analyst in Solon, Ohio

POSITION SUMMARY:

Create and maintain learning assets and deliver training, with a focus on ensuring consistent level of knowledge of Business Service Center (BSC). Act as custodian of Exception Management Standard Routines. The Capability Building Analyst in the Center of Competence (COC) serves as the primary point of contact for documentation and training for Nestle in The Market (NIM) procedures, processes, and system tools. This position drives global process specific training and knowledge management efforts throughout the E2E process. All key activities are performed in very close collaboration with the BSC s and COS.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the standardization and implementation of best practices for the BSC s

Ensure processes are aligned to reference documents (e.g., SOP s Work Procedures) and are understood and followed

Ensure Proper utilization of the GLOBE tools

Develop training material updates, training delivery, and ensure ongoing training for BSC s

Collaborate closely with BSC in the standardization and implementation of best practices for O2C, ensuring adherence to processes

Coordinate and maintain central repository for all NIM training materials, including proper disposition of outdated materials

Collaborate with the Process Optimization team on business process support, including first level problem solving, root cause analysis, and escalation process

Provide input into the Capability Development strategy for the Order to Cash End to End process

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners (such as CoC, CFSC, Sales, Logistics, etc.) to

o ensure the business processes are aligned to meet business and customer needs

Drive continuous improvement and one team mindset applying NCE methodology

Participate in NCE operational review meetings

Qualifications REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

Undergraduate degree strongly preferred

Training / Facilitation experience training in a adult learning environment

Availability / flexibility to work different shifts based on customer geography/time zone; or 7 days operations.

EXPERIENCE:

2 4 years experience.

Strong knowledge of a specific business area, processes and inter-relationships with related business areas

Thorough understanding of the GLOBE (nestled system) solution for their stream / process area

Process Analysis Skills and problem solving attitude

Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple models that can be more easily understood by the general business community

Strong decision making and judgment skills (ability to take data and make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions)

Thorough understanding of training methodologies and best practices, Standard Routines, SOP s, including all aspects of blended learning

SKILLS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proficiency in SAP, BW and Business Objects preferred

Strong and creative problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

APICS certification (or progress toward certification) beneficial
