The Business Solutions Expert F&C FSS supports the GLOBE Solution and complementary applications, primarily in the areas of:

  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deduction Management etc.

  • Sustaining, implementing, process improvement, and leverage activities delivering process implementation and improvement targets.

  • Striving to deliver simplified, standardized and shared processes and solutions that satisfy the business needs.

  • Strengthening solutions through leveraging their expertise and active participation in GLOBE functional networks (GFN).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gains Nestl in the Market (NiM) insights and understanding, considering end-to-end process optimization, to make recommendations on the GLOBE solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Leads/guides Market project team in undertaking small-scale business process improvement projects, Business Requirements. Co-ordinates/leads deployment of new GLOBE functionalities across many markets.

  • Establish and connect expert networks within and across markets to leverage the solution and support best practices.

  • Co-ordinates & delivers functional specifications.

  • Performs assessment on system changes or new applications prior to release and/or implementation to ensure there are adequate knowledge and documentation.

  • Deliver targeted training and coaching on Best Practices, Applications and new Functionality to improve business performance.

  • Eradicate business disruption through ticket reduction.

  • Develop with the market actions plans to deliver improvements from Leverage Reviews and Business Excellence (BE).

  • Accountable for sustaining the solution through TechM. Collaborate on complex tickets.

  • Compliance - Have general awareness of all published Guidelines and standards.

  • Advises and coaches market contacts to anticipate and to continuously improve trouble free usage of the GLOBE Solution; and work closely with offshore sustain groups to achieve SLO adherence and deliver lowest cost sustain, to drive optimization and simplification of support organization to drive out waste.

  • Strengthening solutions through leveraging their expertise and active participation in GLOBE functional networks (GFN).

  • Leads/guides Market project team in undertaking business process improvement projects or initiatives; and/or the deployment of GLOBE process or solution functionalities.

  • Establish and connect expert networks within and across markets to leverage the solution and support best practices.

  • Makes recommendations on how to address business needs by leveraging the GLOBE Solution and utilizing Nestl practices.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Bachelor s degree preferred

Experience (Years/Type):

  • 6 years of experience with SAP (R/3 & S/4 Hana) or 3 full lifecycle implementations of SAP in a consumer goods environment required.

  • Exposure to business/operational processes in Financial Costing functional areas, ideally with international experience gained from different markets.

  • Excellent Finance and Control business knowledge.

  • Strong balance between functional and technical expertise.

  • Good Business Excellence processes experience in FICO FSS.

  • Good general technical specification, configuration and general GLOBE Solution understanding/knowledge mainly SAP FICO AP and AR areas.

  • Good Project Management skills; Co-ordinate all deployment initiatives within the project and ensure relevant issues are communicated, addressed and resolved. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

  • Can define and establish scope of a project, and coach others to do the same.

  • Participate or/and drive expert network in FICO FSS.

  • Understanding of best practices.

  • Resolve business application related incidents and conduct root cause analysis to improve market performance.

  • Understands other functional areas and able to influence decisions in those areas. Can define and establish scope of a project, and coach others to do the same.

  • Ability to Travel up to 10%.
