We are seeking a Factory Coordinator for our Woodridge, IL factory. This position reports directly to the Factory Manager and provides administrative support for all departments within the factory while maintaining confidentiality.

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Execute, direct and support input of production into SAP and run required production reports.

  • Support the Payroll process utilizing Kronos, comply with compliance processes for record retention

  • Maintain employee attendance tracker, support supervisor in initiating corrective action with accordance to policy

  • Order and Maintain office supplies, uniforms, and janitorial supplies

  • Support facility security

  • Provides administrative support to the factory with payment of invoices, oversight of purchase orders, accounts payable, and PCard administration

  • Review, enter, re-class and reconcile G/L accounts and cost centers

  • Assists with annual Regulatory Compliance and internal audits

  • Actively participates in the factory s employee engagement team

  • Conduct new hire on-boarding training following policies and procedures

  • Maintain compliance for existing personnel files, new hire files, and terminated employee files; complete and re-verify I-9s as needed, and facilitate the exit process for terminating employees

  • Support the production planning schedule by running reports to assess sales and inventory levels

  • Coordinate with transportation vendor to establish shipment of product

  • Coordinate the AMM back office process which consists of creating PO and order parts needed to support the Maintenance department

  • Create Inventory documents and identify discrepancies found

  • Provides support and assistance on site for HR related initiatives supporting Area Human Resource Manager

  • Efficiency/Reliability (Asset Intensity) reporting

  • Support all departments within the factory as needed Production, Quality, SHE, Logistics, Maintenance, HR

  • Minimum travel may be required for training and misc. meetings



  • High School Diploma, Associates degree or higher preferred

  • Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing/office setting desired

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access); SAP and Kronos experience a plus

  • Demonstrated experience partnering on business/operational issues

  • Demonstrated organization skills leading to the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Demonstrated ability to gain trust and credibility with employees and leaders; Excellent relationship building skills with people at all levels and in all functions

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; Ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, attention to detail, meet deadlines and work self-directed with a sense of urgency

  • Takes a customer focused approach to the needs of employees and leaders

  • Experience with processing orders

  • Familiarity with General ledgers and basic accounting functions
